Symbolism & Representation Nyssa - New Beginnings, Women Women are the symbols of life. Moth - Butterflies and moths symbolize change, rebirth, immortality, and personal transformation. Moon - The moon is a feminine symbol, universally representing the rhythm of time as it embodies the cycle. The phases of the moon symbolize immortality, eternity, and enlightenment. Snake - Snakes have been one of the most important and powerful symbols in human history. Snakes represent life force, rebirth, transformation, and healing in many cultures around the world. In some cultures, snakes are seen as guardian spirits that protect the earth and its inhabitants. I create these beautiful Birch Wood Earrings from start to finish. I begin the process by drawing each individual piece on my iPad to form an SVG file. Once the file is created, I cut each piece out of Birch Wood using my at-home laser cutter. After the pieces are cut, I hand paint and stain them. This collection took me two full months to complete. The Anastasia Collection symbolizes rebirth and new beginnings. The earrings are attached to either Sterling Silver Hooks or 18K Plated metal that is hypoallergenic.
