Arch - Passing through an arch is a symbolic act of rebirth, leaving the old behind and entering the new. Arches are structures of deep resonance, embodying and symbolizing strength and support. In mythology, they represent the door between time and space through which one passes to enter another world.
Snake - Snakes have been one of the most important and powerful symbols in human history. The snake represents life force, rebirth, transformation, and healing in many cultures around the world. In some cultures, snakes are seen as a guardian spirit that protects the earth and its inhabitants.
Moon - The moon is a feminine symbol, universally representing the rhythm of time. It embodies the cycle and its phases symbolize immortality, eternity, and enlightenment.
I create these beautiful Birch Wood Earrings from start to finish. I begin by drawing each individual piece on my iPad to create an SVG file. Once the file is complete, I use my at-home laser cutter to cut each piece out of Birch Wood. After cutting, I hand paint and stain the pieces. It took me two full months to complete this collection. The Anastasia Collection symbolizes rebirth and new beginnings.
These earrings are attached with either Sterling Silver Hooks or 18K Plated hypoallergenic metal.
